• Plot size- More than 2400 sq. ft up to 5000 sq.ft: Rs 82,000/-.
• Plot size- More than 5000 sq. ft: Rs 1,85,000/-.

Margin of 25% to be maintained.

Nominal processing fee of 0.50% on the loan amount with a Minimum of Rs. 1,500/- & maximum of Rs. 10,000/- is charged.

• Hypothecation of pipeline with barrel, filter etc.
• Continuation of mortgage of Residential Mortgage (In case of existing Housing Loan borrowers)
